Return & Refund Policy

At StoneWareArts, every pipe is handmade to order in small batches using stoneware clay and food-safe glazes. Because of the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at stonewarearts@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will review each case individually and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, or normal wear and tear.

Lost or Stolen Packages

StoneWareArts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with you and the shipping carrier to locate it.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production may have already begun and cancellations will not be accepted.

By purchasing from StoneWareArts, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older. Our products are intended for use with legal smoking materials only.
