Processing Time

All StoneWareArts pipes are handmade in small batches in Philadelphia, PA. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed, packaged, and prepared for shipment. During high-volume periods (holidays, sales events), processing time may be extended to up to 10 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship all domestic orders via USPS or UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination. Estimated transit times after dispatch are typically 3–7 business days for standard shipping. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Fragile Item Packaging

Every pipe is carefully wrapped and packed with protective materials to minimize the risk of damage in transit. However, we cannot guarantee carrier handling. If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future. Please check back or contact us at stonewarearts@gmail.com for inquiries.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
